Our featured specials will include: 1/2 lb Lobster Tail poached in champagne and clarified butter & 7oz USDA choice center cut Filet Mignon with our Dijon Cognac sauce (served separately or as an amazing Surf & Turf), also, Scottish Salmon with a Crab Buerre Blanc. The Oyster Bar will feature some favorites; Kumamoto and Malpeque oysters.
