Over all, it was a smashing success! You gave our new staff the opportunity to run all systems for the very first time. We were delighted to hear your high praises, for both our well prepared dishes and our wonderful staff. We are blessed to have selected such high energy, kind and helpful people to run the show in all arenas. Dishes coming out of the kitchen, run by Chef Jose and Sous Chef, Mike McIntyre, prompted repeated responses of, “Some of the most delicious seafood I’ve ever tasted!”
At the tail end of the night, things got a little rough and ragged. ‘New’ everything got the best of us. We apologize to those who had to wait longer than expected but, this is exactly why soft opens are done prior to beginning business. Thanks again for helping our staff train to run what we hope will be your favorite restaurant in Castle Rock! Our public opening will be this Friday, October 20th serving lunch from 11-2 and dinner from 4-10. We will be serving a limited selection as we build up to the full menu as seen here. We are looking forward to seeing all of you again and meeting those of you who have yet to try us.
