We participated in two great events in the last two weeks: the Taste of Douglas County at the Fairgrounds in Castle Rock and the Vino in the Village in Castle Pines.  It was a pleasure to meet and chat with so many of you!  Like everyone else who attended these events, we had a great time!

A Soft Opening, if you’ve never heard the term, happens prior to opening to the public.  If invited, you will dine with us for free, allowing us to put our staff and systems through their paces: then you get to critique, for us, various aspects of the experience.  This process will help us tighten up whatever needs adjustment and become your very favorite restaurant.

Excitement in the community is growing!  Finally, seafood in Castle Rock!  We can’t wait to serve you and get to know you better!
